Join marathon runner and yoga teacher Helena at these monthly workshops focusing on yoga to increase strength and flexibility to prevent injury, focus on the key muscles for running and cycling and release tight hips and legs.
Perfect for pre and post training, these sessions will help you to become the best runner/cyclist you can be, enjoying less downtime and improve your training with Helena. Yoga will help you recover quicker, increase your mobility and stability and help you to breathe better.
