ONLINE YOGA CLASSES

Yoga Flow Classes

Monday 1pm and Thursday 6pm

Come to my yoga flow classes with the delicious blend of toning, breathwork and meditation to strengthen muscles, stretch your body and relax.  You'll leave feeling lighter, calmer and will sleep so much better, your mind being quieter.  Yoga will help you to deal with stress, will relieve achy backs and improve your posture.

Unwind & Relax

Tuesday 730pm

A gorgeous slow flow class, incorporating meditation to slow down thoughts, movement to relieve tension in the body, ending with a long relaxation and Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to recharge your Tuesday evening, relax and chill out.

All classes are live and online via Zoom app.  Please message to book on.

Core & Restore Yoga

Monday 815pm

 

This class will build core strength, as well as overall toning for the body.  Increasing core strength will help you reduce back pain, improve overall mobility and balance and get a strong, confident posture.  Guiding you through a dynamic flow to help you realise your power, tone your core and feel strong.  We end with some restorative poses to find deep relaxation before you head home for a gorgeous sleep.

Meditation
Thursday 830pm (30 mins, free)
A lovely 30 minute class starting with gentle movement to relax the body followed by a guided meditation to help you to live more present, reduce stress and calm the mind. 

Beginners are welcome to all classes, open level classes.

All you need is a yoga mat and maybe a cushion and blanket to get cosy.

Classes are £8 or £35/5 class pass with 10% off during the social distancing period of 2020.  Class passes can be used across the classes.
