Yoga Flow Classes
Monday 1pm and Thursday 6pm
Come to my yoga flow classes with the delicious blend of toning, breathwork and meditation to strengthen muscles, stretch your body and relax. You'll leave feeling lighter, calmer and will sleep so much better, your mind being quieter. Yoga will help you to deal with stress, will relieve achy backs and improve your posture.
Unwind & Relax
A gorgeous slow flow class, incorporating meditation to slow down thoughts, movement to relieve tension in the body, ending with a long relaxation and Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to recharge your Tuesday evening, relax and chill out.

Core & Restore Yoga
This class will build core strength, as well as overall toning for the body. Increasing core strength will help you reduce back pain, improve overall mobility and balance and get a strong, confident posture. Guiding you through a dynamic flow to help you realise your power, tone your core and feel strong. We end with some restorative poses to find deep relaxation before you head home for a gorgeous sleep.
