Yoga for Beginners

6 week course starting 17th June. 

Wednesdays 730-830pm 

Perfect for those who a new to yoga, tried a few you tube classes, or those that want to discover the basics of yoga techniques. As interactive classes, you'll have chance to ask questions in a relaxed and welcome online environment.
 

Through this 6 week course you will build conscious awareness, flexibility, stamina, balance and concentration.
At the end of this course you will be ready to continue your yoga journey at any of my other classes.

Suitable for those with no yoga experience, for those who think they aren't flexible and for those that would like to build the confidence to step into a class.

New Moon Yoga Circle

Friday July 17th  8-9pm, £6 or use class pass.

Join me for a special session as we build to harness the energy from the New Moon in Cancer on 20th July, cleansing and manifesting during this time of renewal.   The New Moon has powerful impact and brings the energy of new beginnings.   When the Moon is dark in the sky, it invites us to look inside, towards the inner light in all of us.  Through the mindful practice of breathwork, mantras, journaling, yoga poses and meditation we will attune to the New Moon energy, to check in, reflect, surrender, set intentions and start to manifest dreams.

You’ll need a mat, blanket, cushion/yoga block, something to place over your eyes (eye pillow, or a rolled up scarf etc) pillow and something to write in.  

And then anything else to make your space feel great, candles, scents, crystals whatever you like!  Or nothing else at all!  This is your New Moon practice and ritual.

Full Moon Yoga Circle

Friday July 3rd 8-9pm, £6 or use class pass.

Join me for a special session to harness the intense energy from the Full Moon.  July's Buck Full Moon and Lunar eclipse rises in Capricorn on Sunday 5th and we will spend this time prior to the rising of the full moon letting go what no longer serves us.  Through the mindful practice of breathwork, mantras, journaling, yoga poses and meditation we will attune to the moon energy, reflect and release.

Starting with a calming and grounding breathwork practice to help you to tune inward we’ll then spend a little bit of time investigating what we need to release.  Then building some heat through a fiery flow, helping us to burn what is no longer serving us, we’ll make space for all the dreams and intentions you have.  Finishing with a delicious guided relaxation to help you sleep better, balance your energy and totally chill out.

Online via Zoom.  £6 or use your class pass.  No yoga or moon experience necessary. 

Beginners are welcome to all classes, open level classes.

All you need is a yoga mat and maybe a cushion and blanket to get cosy.
