I'm Helena..


I was drawn to yoga to help find some calm in a busy, stressful life.  Yoga has helped me to transform my physical and mental health; avoiding injury when running and playing a huge part in my recovery from anxiety, stress and depression.  Yoga has supported me through pregnancies, birth and motherhood.


Yoga is a continual journey for me, every time I come to the mat, whether to teach or practise, I learn something new.  I want to share yoga with as many people as possible.  I can help you feel at your best, in body and mind and empower you to be at your strongest.

Whether you've never been to yoga before, or have been a yogi for years, you are very welcome at my classes.  I teach yoga flow classes, yoga for runners, pregnancy and postnatal and corporate yoga classes.  

I usually teach in Leeds and Wakefield but during the

Coronavirus period, all classes are live, online.
