I was drawn to yoga to help find some calm in a busy, stressful life. Yoga has helped me to transform my physical and mental health; avoiding injury when running and playing a huge part in my recovery from anxiety, stress and depression.
Whether you've never been to yoga before, or have been a yogi for years, you are very welcome at my classes. I teach yoga flow classes, yoga for runners, pre and post natal and corporate yoga classes.

No experience is needed and all levels welcome to this class which will strengthen your body, calm your mind and de-stress you.
